STRENGTH & PERFORMANCE utilizes High Intensity Training, a strength and performance training philosophy that is the safest way to make you feel better, perform better, and prevent injuries as well as the daily aches and pains. High Intensity Training trains the ENTIRE body one to three times a week. Erik McKay train’s areas of the body that no other “personal trainer” will train to ensure the ENTIRE body is as strong as possible. I will train your grip, neck, and feet as well as the usual lower and upper body training.
Question- Can I get results training three or less days a week?
Answer- Yes, research shows that training twice a week will get you 88% of the results that training three
times a week . Depending on your goals training once a week can reward you with great results.

NO BULL! STRENGTH & PERFORMANCE strength workouts last less then 45 minutes. Any longer and you have spent too much time and can start to get a negative return on training.
